ITO plastic films – or, to be more specific, ITO PET (polyethylene terephthalate or polyester) films – are either bubble extruded or biaxially oriented thermoplastic polymers coated with an indium tin oxide (In2O3 and SnO2) solution.

Our ITO PET films are available in 3 sheet resistance options and in either laser-cut shape, roll or sheet form (with a standard thickness of 175 micron) and can be supplied complete with protective films (both sides) to assist during handling/fabrication processes.
