Substrates within our range include Acrylic and Polycarbonate, both either with Hard-coat and Anti-Glare coatings or without.
Hard coatings can also be applied either with anti-glare properties or without.
Polycarbonate
Easily machined and coated, polycarbonates are widely used within modern manufacturing industries. Offering interesting features including optical properties, temperature and impact resistance, polycarbonates are available in different grades with flame retardant and other properties. We also offer application of a range of anti-glare finishes. Adhesive tapes & gaskets to permit easy bonding to display cases are also available.
Optical Hard-Coated Acrylic
A clear and very useful plastic resembling glass, acrylic offers properties that make it not only comparable, but superior to glass, with one of its main advantages over glass being its weight (or lack thereof). It is also a harder and more scratch-resistant substrate than polycarbonate.
Hand-made and invariably inspected to extremely high optical specifications, this substrate can also be supplied with extra scratch resistant properties and/or anti-glare coatings.

We also manufacture/supply Polyester Film with excellent mechanical properties perfect for processing (e.g. vacuum coating, laminating, metallizing) and other properties superior in comparison to other thermoplastics when it comes to:
